Terms / Last updated 6 September 2026

Clear terms for practical work.

These terms apply to the newsletter, member library, community spaces, and paid subscriptions operated as The AI-First Founder.

01

Educational service

The publication shares educational opinions, examples, and operating tools. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee business outcomes.

02

Accounts and conduct

You must use an identity and email you control, keep access private, and avoid abuse, scraping, harassment, unlawful content, or attempts to bypass paid entitlements. Access may be limited to protect members or the service.

03

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew on the monthly or annual schedule shown during checkout until cancelled. Stripe provides the final price, tax, renewal, and cancellation terms before payment. Cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues through the paid period.

04

Refunds and changes

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, completed monthly charges are not automatically refundable. Material plan or price changes apply prospectively and will be communicated before they affect an existing renewal.

05

Intellectual property

Your subscription grants personal, non-transferable use of member materials. You may use templates in your own work, but may not resell, republish, train a competing content product on, or distribute the library itself.

06

Availability and liability

The service may change or experience interruptions. To the extent law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

07

Termination

You may cancel at any time. Access can be suspended for material misuse or nonpayment. Account deletion remains available after active paid access ends, subject to records that must be retained by law.

08

Questions

Questions about these terms, billing, or a paid plan can be sent to kaancanguven@clapdigital.co. The merchant and tax details shown during Stripe checkout form part of the paid order.

09

Seller and governing law

The paid service is sold by Clap Digital, Co., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, subject to consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
